| Dear Prayer Partners,
As God prepared to judge Sodom and Gomorrah, He paused to share His plans with Abraham. What followed wasn’t quiet acceptance—it was bold intercession. Abraham stood before the Lord and asked, “Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?” He pleaded for mercy, not just once, but six times, each time lowering the number of righteous needed to spare the city—from fifty all the way down to ten. This wasn’t arrogance. It was love. Abraham cared deeply for the people, even those whose choices grieved God. He believed in God’s justice and His mercy. And God listened. This story reminds us: prayer isn’t just about asking. It’s about standing in the gap. It’s about believing that God hears, that He responds, and that our prayers can shape outcomes. (Genesis 18:16-33)
So very grateful, The MTS Team

| PRAYER & PRAISE
- Urgent prayer for Simeon Kasereka Musitu. It has now been three weeks since MTS master trainer Esther Kavunga last saw her third son, Simeon Kasereka Musitu. The 20-year-old went missing on October 7, 2025, and has not been seen since. Given the high levels of criminality in Goma, including cases of forced recruitment—there is serious cause for concern. Let us join together in prayer for Simeon’s safe return and for comfort and strength for his family during this deeply troubling time. Let us also pray for the return of peace.
- Strengthening new believers at Himbi High School in Goma. Let us continue to water with fervent and persevering prayers the spiritual growth of the 300 students from Himbi High School who made decisions for Christ this past September. Please pray for Chaplain Daphrose Muteho and her team as they work tirelessly to disciple and support these young believers. May the Gospel bear lasting fruit for the Kingdom.
- Redemptive Chaplaincy in Schools Two of the largest private school complexes in the DRC — CS UJN in Goma and CSPD in Dungu—each serving over 1,500 students, have begun implementing a redemptive model of chaplaincy, with a strong focus on evangelism and counseling. We praise the Lord for their bold commitment to spiritual transformation. Let us continue to pray for a smooth transition and for the 100 additional schools expected to join this movement in the coming year. May this initiative bring deep and lasting impact to students, staff, and communities across the nation.
- Strangers armed with guns broke into my place at 1:53 a.m. on October 30th and demanded money. Thankfully, we are all safe and sound. Praise be to God!

| PRAISE
- We thank the Lord for the impact of MTS’s teachings in the region. Many people testify to their healing after following the teachings. The BHW radio program also allows us to connect with listeners who tune in. For example, a woman who had conflicts with those around her was able to reconcile with her adversaries thanks to the teachings on forgiveness. All the content of the MTS program is compelling in healing trauma and restoring hope.
- The representatives of the Ntoyo survivors, a village recently attacked by a rebel group where several people lost their lives, expressed their gratitude for the positive impact MTS has had on their healing journey. They met our team in Mambowa from September 16 to 17, 2025.
- The Binti za Mufalme group, PFPL group, is doing well, and their comfort sessions and teachings continue.
- Hope for the DRC remains.
PRAYER
- Please pray for the communities that have been affected by floods, where six people have lost their lives.
- We need peace in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Please pray for us.
- Pray for the vulnerable people of war: poor, orphans, widows, and the disabled.
