"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds
of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert
and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people."

PRAISE
- We lift our hearts in gratitude to the Lord for His divine protection over the city of Goma and for the quiet resilience demonstrated by MTS Congo. Even as I pen these praises and prayer items, the sound of gunfire pierces the night—it’s 10:19 p.m. Yet, we hold fast to the assurance of His unwavering presence amid adversity.
- We thank the Lord for the remarkable success of the three By His Wounds sessions held from March 17 to 28 in Goma. These sessions, in collaboration with MTS partner, Africa New Day, and MTS Butembo, have equipped 71 participants, including 11 master trainers, with invaluable tools for healing and restoration. May we continue to uphold them in prayer as they embark on their courageous journeys of healing and transformation.
PRAYER
- Let us cover Mama Daphrose in prayer as she prepares for a school evangelism mission at Himbi Institute, one of Goma's largest schools, during the last week of April 2025. The ongoing conflict has softened many hearts toward the Gospel; may we intercede for the salvation of hundreds of students and teachers whose lives could be profoundly touched by this ministry.
- Please join us in giving thanks for Pastor Julien and the Bibwa Baptist Church, who dedicated Holy Week to the teachings of By His Wounds. Their journey culminated on Easter Sunday with a powerful act of faith, as trauma and burdens were symbolically surrendered at the Cross. We pray that the healing and renewal begun during this sacred time will continue to grow in the hearts and lives of all who participated.
- We fervently pray for an end to the 32-year-long war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. May the Prince of Peace bring lasting restoration and hope to a nation weary from generations of conflict.
- This year, I will publish the Embrace Bible designed for children born into war-torn circumstances. Your prayers for divine inspiration, provision, and impact on these young lives are deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your prayer support. |

PRAISE
- God's presence: This month has presented us with numerous challenges, and we continue to face more. During one of my evening meditations, the Lord reminded me that trusting Him means staying steadfast. "Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever,” Psalm 125:1
PRAYER
- Please pray for the healing and health of our team’s families. Over the past two weeks, two teammates, Ezekiel and Pascal, have been taking care of their families. Pray for Jeannette, my wife, and me to completely recover from malaria.
- For the political, state, and military leaders of the DRC, as well as for establishing peace and stability in eastern DRC, particularly in the territories of Rutsuru, Masisi, Lubero, Beni, Irumu, Mambasa, and Djugu. This situation is plunging cities into instability and forcing many families into displacement camps.
- For the blessing, healing grace, and power to advance the radio outreach program through which BHW teachings are broadcast weekly on seven local radio stations: in Beni, Oicha, Mangina, Kasindi, Nobili, and Mutwanga.
- For the intensive By His Wounds training and the PLPF that we are preparing to conduct this month in Beni. May God lead us to the people He intends for these trainings.
- May God grant His blessing and protection as we launch CERAPEC (Center for Research and Action for the Promotion of Christian Education) activities on April 18, 2025, and to the national registration, which will secure our MTS activities in the Beni coordination office.
- Let us pray that God will bless and empower the Church in this region of the country, strengthening its effectiveness in the ministries of evangelism, counseling, and trauma healing.

PRAISE
- Our thanks to God, who protects the Congolese people during the wars in eastern DRC. We believe in His presence among us, suffering with the Congolese people, and wiping away their tears.
- We also praise the Lord for the Princess Found programs, which have led many prostitutes to change their behavior by abandoning commercial sex work, and for the BHW radio programs, which help and bring comfort and hope to many listeners.
PRAYER
- Please pray for the composition of the MTS By His Wounds songs, their recording in the studio by the NO STRESS choir, as well as the related videos.
- Pray for the complete return of peace to the DRC.
- Please pray for Sister Harlette, one of the master trainers attached to the Butembo coordination office. She is in her first pregnancy, which has made her weak. Her doctor prescribed complete rest until the baby is born.

PRAISE
- Praise for the progress in the design work of the Caring for the Vulnerable Child material in Spanish by Andrea Quintero and Rachel Allen.
- We praise God for the advances in the Spanish translation of Princess Lost and Princess Found, thanks to the work of Beth Wright and Rachel Allen.
- Praise God that the Tuesday night women's Explore group in Cuenca, Ecuador, is off to a good start. One woman shared that it was God's timing to bring her to the group so she could start sharing about some hard things in her life.
PRAYER
- Prayer for Ana Gloria's current MTS women's group in Valencia, Spain.
- Pray for a church in Equador, Casa de Fe, as they try to discern how best to use the MTS materials for training foster families. They will begin their Explore study in May, so pray for Oscar and Consuelo Mora as they lead this.
- Prayer for discernment in how we can best equip and encourage a local church in Barcelona that wants to care well for those suffering from abuse and trauma.
- Please pray for Consuelo (mentioned above) as she has just started an MTS group on Sundays at Iglesia La Roca. And for Oscar (also mentioned above) as he finishes an Explore group with men from Cuenca through Zoom. Pray that God will provide the right two to three additional leaders to join our small group too.
- Pray for Titus' wife, Stephanie, who is currently leading two Explore women's groups. Pray for the women in these groups, and for discernment, wisdom and perseverance to lead well in the midst of the many other responsibilities and projects she is currently managing.
- Praise God for the completion of an Explore group led by Titus, where even a Muslim participant, though challenged by Christian concepts, developed respect for Jesus' followers and began healing from childhood trauma. Please pray that Jesus will reveal Himself clearly to this man and lead him to faith.
- Pray for full healing and recovery of Helena in Malaga, Spain. She is the wife of Eugene Greco who suffered a stroke last month. Eugene has gone through two MTS groups with Titus as well as facilitator training. He facilitates MTS groups for Christian leaders and pastors in Spain and Europe.
- The Spanish translation of Caring for the Vulnerable Child is progressing, though it remains challenging and resource-intensive. Rachel Allen, Andrea Quintero, and Titus are working diligently to complete it and would appreciate prayers for a smooth final phase.
