MTS Basic Training Registration

Registration is easy! Simply complete both steps below to register.

Step 1: Register

Please fill out and submit one registration form for each person attending.  This form will be submitted directly to Mending the Soul.  If for any reason you need to cancel or change your registration, please call Mending the Soul at 866-535-5044 ext. 706 or email us at events@mendingthesoul.org.

Step 2: Payment

Registration cost includes training materials and lunch on Saturday. Payments must be received for registration to be complete. You can make your payment online or by mail. Group discount information available below.

  • Single Registration  (postmarked or paid online by to March 23, 2011 ) $150 per person
  • Late and at the Door Registration (on or after March 24, 2012) $200 per person

Group Discounts:

In order to qualify for a $25/per person group discount the following must be adheared to: 

  • Groups must include 10 or more individuals from a single organization or church.
  • All group members must register (complete step 1) no later than March 23, 2012.
  • On registration form each group member must indicate group name in the space provided.
  • One single check, made out to Mending the Soul, paying for the entire group must be mailed and postmarked by March 23,2012. 
  • A list of individuals names in the group must be included in envelope with payment.
  • Cancelled registrations may result in additional fees per individual and therefore may not allow for refunded fees.
  • Individuals who have previously paid for their own registration will not be refunded in order to be included in a group discount. 

Online Payment by Credit Card or Check

Online payments can be submitted securely via PayPal using the button below. Click “Pay Now” to continue. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use this option.

Do not use PayPal when paying for a group that meets the criteria for a discount.   Group discounts must pay by check and must be postmarked by March 23, 2012.

Please note that all payments by mail must be postmarked by Friday, March 23, 2011.  If you are unable to mail your payment by that date your registration cost will be the at the door price of $200.
