Step 1: Register

Please fill out and submit one registration form for each person attending.  This form will be submitted directly to Mending the Soul.  If for any reason you need to cancel or change your registration, please call Mending the Soul at 866-535-5044 ext. 701 or email us at info@mendingthesoul.org.

Step 2: Payment

Registration cost includes training materials and lunch on Saturday. Payments must be received for registration to be complete. You can make your payment online, by phone, or by mail. Couples discount available only for early registrants.

• Single Registration  (postmarked after April 1st ) $185 per person
• Couples Registration (postmarked after April 1st) $320 per married couple
• At the Door Registration (after April 19th) $225 per person

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SPECIAL OFFERS:

(These specials are available ONLY if postmarked/paid by April 1st)

• Early Single Registration $150 per person
• Early Couples Registration $240 per couple
• Groups of 5 or more - 10% group discount (must pay as group-online payment not available for this option)
• Pastor and Spouse: both attend for the price of one $150 for pastor & spouse
  PLUS 10% discount for all ministry leaders from same church (Pastor and spouse must attend for discount to apply for ministry leaders.  Online payment not available for those receiving additional 10% discount.)
